You can receive and pay out in the same currency or you can exchange into any other currency you like / need.

No. Once you receive the currency you have the option to hold the funds on account in that currency or exchange it into any other 38 currencies. You can also send the funds to any payee you wish.

Yes. All of your currency accounts are under your trading name. 123 Ltd for example. So you can add your collection account details on any invoice to your customers showing as your company name.
